Our After-School Care Program at Prichard Prep is more than just a safe place to stay—it’s an extension of our mission to educate students academically, spiritually, and culturally.
Each afternoon is filled with opportunities to complete homework, engage in enrichment activities, and build strong character rooted in faith. Guided by the six pillars of character and Christ’s love, we nurture the whole child long after the final bell rings.

After-School Care Program!
Program Details:
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Location: Prichard Preparatory School campus (designated classrooms or common areas)
Activities: Homework assistance, arts & crafts, games, STEAM activities, snack time, and supervised socialization
Staffing: Trained staff members ensuring your child is safe and supported
Program Pricing for the 2025-2026 School Year:
One Child: $50/Week
Two Children: $75/Week
Three Children: $100/Week
Registration Fee: $30 per family (one-time)
Important Information:
The After-School Care Program is available Monday-Friday from 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM.
The program will not be available on school half-days. Please refer to the school schedule for these dates.
After School Care will begin on Monday, August 11th, 2025.
Late pick-up fee - $25.00 after 5:30 PM
